Important Member Guidelines

Please read these key updates and responsibilities to ensure smooth participation in association services and benefits.
  1. Members who wish to raise any matter of the association at the general meeting are requested to inform the Chief Executive Officer in writing five days before the meeting.
  2. Please bring the annual report book when attending the General Assembly.
  3. Ration distribution from the central office and Panakaje branch will take place from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM on scheduled dates as per recipients’ preferences.
  4. Farmers with outstanding agricultural achievements and children of members scoring over 90% in post-matric education or excelling in state/national/international sports will be honored with awards and scholarships.
  5. As per Section 27(a) of the Societies Act, 1959, members who fail to attend at least two of the last five annual meetings or render minimum service will lose voting and election rights.
  6. Yashaswini scheme cards for 2024–25 can be collected from the central office.
  7. Members seeking non-agricultural loans must convert at least 0.05 acre of land and obtain Forms 9 and 11A.
  8. Members who haven’t received dividends should collect them within 3 days from declaration during working hours.
  9. Unclaimed dividends within a year will be added to the reserve fund. Members can collect their identity cards and share certificates from the central office.
  10. Farmer members are advised to utilize weather-based crop insurance for areca and pepper crops. Aadhaar and FRUITS ID must be linked with the prior monsoon crop survey.
  11. Government terms and conditions apply to all short- and medium-term agricultural loans from the association.
  12. Guarantor Responsibilities: Guarantors share full liability for the loan. In case of default, the guarantor is ineligible for loans and the association may recover dues from the guarantor’s assets.
